We realize dogs and cats are not merely pets, but family members! We check on them frequently making sure their environment is clean, their needs are met and they are happy because during their stay, they become part of our family. We know pets are social creatures, enjoy companionship and need exercise to be happy and healthy.
You can also rest assured that all of these services are offered in a fully staffed veterinary clinic to meet your pet's medical needs or any conditions that may arise during their stay with us. We welcome boarders with any degree of needs.

Grooming:
Both our Lowville and Carthage clinics have a groomer on staff for full service grooming including bathing, hair clipping, ear cleaning, toe nail trims and anal gland expression.

Bathing:
Bathing services that are performed by our trained kennel staff are available by appointment at Lowville and Carthage locations. Some of these services include:
Deluxe bath – pet is bathed and blow dried, this service also includes toe nail trim, ear cleaning and anal gland expression
Basic bath – pet is bathed and blow dried
Medicated baths
Skunk baths
Proof of rabies, distemper and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines are required as well as proof of a negative stool sample with in the past year. If your pet requires any of these additional services we can schedule them to be done at the time of their bath.
